Rodney Johnson

Rodney Johnson Rodney Johnson is a graduate of Fort Valley State University with a B.A. in Middle Grades Education, M.A. in Guidance and Counseling, and his Specialist degree is in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University. He is a former vice president and currently on the Miss Warner Robins Scholarship pageant board. His experience in the pageant realm has exceeds over 20yrs. from working with contestants within the Miss America system. He has worked with the likes of Shauna Pender a former Miss Florida and television reality show “All America Girl”, Miss Amanda Kozak the 2nd runner up to Miss America for staging, choreography, and numerous other contestants vying for the covenant title of Miss Georgia. He serves currently as the director of the Miss Huntington pageant. He has worked with Houston County High pageant for 17 years, which has produced 9 Miss Georgia contestants. He has prepped five Miss FVSU contestants for the National Hall of Fame pageant in which all placed top ten. He is an accomplished dancer and choreographer and received several award such as top choreographer 2008 and numerous other awards in regards to choreography. He has served as the Artistic Director for Rhythm Nation Dance Studio for 11years. He has performed in numerous dance productions and tried his hat in the acting world. Rodney is a well versed in the arts as he is a National member of National Speech and Dramatic arts, a national member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity Inc., a certified DUI instructor, certified mentor, and holds a host of other membership affiliations. However, Mr. Johnson loves the title most of all of being a reading specialist in Houston County at Huntington Middle School.
